Gecko Towers 30.10.20
To say that this year has been odd, deeply challenging and, in many senses, bordering on the ridiculous is, perhaps, an understatement. For good reason there is regrettably little to celebrate. However, there are, thank goodness, a few faint glimmers of hope in an otherwise bleak landscape.
Closer to home, I just wanted to thank all of those who have read, argued with and, seemingly, benefitted from my outpourings on this blog, MarbellaPropertyLawyers.
Why particularly at the end of October 2020? Well, our blog was started in November 2019 as a resource for those who may be seeking to settle in the Marbella region, who may have always wanted to know what it would be like to have a holiday home in which to enjoy a Southern European lifestyle and for those for whom the Marbella region is already called home. We have so far notched up some stellar numbers of readers, likes and comments that have proved both stimulating and, for some, positively irritating. Sitting back, admiring the site, its wholly original content and I believe that there has been a job reasonably well done.
It is important to celebrate the small successes, so I wanted to share with you that October 2020 has, so far, been our biggest month both in terms of statistics and reaction. For this reason I wanted to prepare a brief retrospective to highlight the pieces published by us in October 2020 for those, including our loyal readers who, for one reason or another, may have missed some of our posts during this month.
Here goes….
Speaking Spanish… La Lengua de Cervantes
Is the Junta’s offer of Covid-19 testing at Malaga Airpot the key to reopening tourism?
Renewed UK Government Advice for those interested in Spaish property.
Once a Client …always a Client?
“Okupas” – Are they a danger to you?
Costa del Sol property prices to fall by 20% over the next year. Really, are they?
Spanish Debts and British Debtors…
We greatly appreciate our reader’s support, encouragement and exchange of ideas. Through debate we all learn more, so keep it coming and we look forward to more record months.
